Müller Thurgau is a splicing of two grapes together which are Madeline Royale and Riesling, created in 1882 by Hermann Müller and made solely in the Swiss Canton of Thurgau. With some lovely tasting notes of apple, pear and a delicate minerality on the palate, this sweeter style of wine is best paired with spicier dishes such as a Thai Red Curry.
