Pipeclay Tawny is one of Mudgee’s finest products, made from Tannat, Nero d’Avola, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Smooth and rich on the palate with a firm dark chocolate finish, it is a splendid drink to accompany a good yarn. Made in the traditional Solera method using wine up to 25 years old and matured in large oak vats.

• Bouqet: Raisins and dry figs supported by mature old oak.
• Palate: Smooth and mellow on the palate with a firm dark chocolate finish.
• Cellaring Notes: Pipeclay Tawny is already aged and mellow but can cellar for up to 20 years.
