Made into an Italian Style, this rose was produced off 80% Sangiovese and 20% Shiraz with some beautiful tasting notes of white peach, cranberry and guava. Balanced, crisp with vibrant flavours and 5g of residual sugar, this rose is best paired with a Mediterranean chickpea salad, soft cheeses, or a beautiful day out with friends.
