Cold gentle fermentation in closed fermenter to accentuate the fruity characteristics of the wine. Minimal amount of oak contact over 12 months designed to accentuate the fruitiness of the wine and lighten tannins.

Very soft, easy drinking Shiraz which compliments smoked chicken, spicy lamb dishes, tomato based pastas and traditional pizzas.

Originated from Boudreaux from a natural crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc

Blackcurrant and green pepper with mouth-filling chewy tannins, and a fruit-driven dry finish.
